In a small gastro studio selling fermented products, a biological revolution takes place. The good bacteria stop working and no more products turn sour. Danilas, the manager of the tannery, who has spent his whole life among the bacteria, suddenly hears their voice. They are angry. Bacteria are fed up with exploitation, want equal rights, and threaten the world: "People need bacteria, and we don't need people."
